Where does the trolley depart from?
Bobber’s Island Grille @ 750 Wisconsin Dells Parkway South, Wisconsin Dells, WI. You will see a sign near the outdoor bar that says trolley loading area.
What are the departure times?

What is the cancellation policy?
Tickets are non-refundable and no date changes unless you purchase tour insurance.
Policies to know:
- Alcohol is OK on board but we have the right to deny boarding or remove you with no refund if you are disturbing others.
- Standing is prohibited while the vehicle is in motion per federal law.
- We do have a minimum number of people required for specific tours to go. If we didn’t meet that, we would issue a full refund.
How long does the tour last?
It varies per tour and it is all listed on each tour page
Are private tours available?
They are if you have 17 or more people. They are first come, first serve, and not always available. You can always join our regularly scheduled tours.
Do you do hourly rentals?
We do. We often do weddings and bachelor parties. Email [email protected]
How many people does the trolley hold?
It varies between 27-34 people depending on the trolley. We also have 17 & 24 passenger buses for rent.
Under age policy?
18+ is ok but they cannot drink on the tour or at any stops. There is no discount because we will sell all of the seats.
Pricing?
It varies from $15-$90 per person depending on the tour and can all be found on the booking page.
How long do we spend at each location?
Between 40 minutes and 90 minutes at each stop.
What is the drive time between locations?
Typically 15-30 minutes on the wine tour and longer on our out of town trips. For specific questions please email [email protected]
Can we bring our own alcohol and food/ coolers?
You are welcome to bring/consume alcohol on all of our tours if it is purchased at one of the tour stops only. There is no carry ons from outside of the tour. Drinks can be purchased at our starting location of bobber’s island grille.
Is gratuity included for the restaurants and the driver/ tour guide?
Gratuity is not included and always optional at the restaurant or for the driver and always very appreciated.
Is hotel pickup available?
Yes. We offer the service for $10 each way up to 6 people and 7+ is $20 each way anywhere in town. If out of town or chula vista additional charges apply. Please email [email protected]
Anything else we need to know??
Vehicles may be substituted in case of a mechanical issue ( very rarely but things happen) and tours have a 10 person total minimum. Very rarely do we have less but occasionally it can happen.
